If you’re unable to meet with us in our Showroom, you have the option to receive blank samples to get a better look at the garments before order placement. This is also the time to discuss custom labeling, such as custom clip labels, neck tags, and hang tags. From here, we collaborate, brainstorm & research to ensure that we use the correct garment, design, and decoration type to make your idea come to life!

Sublimation Printing

Sublimation is an excellent choice for creating team uniforms and custom sports apparel.

Many people wonder, “What is sublimation printing, and why choose it over screen printing?” or ask, “What exactly is sublimation?” Sublimation is a printing process that transfers dye onto fabric using heat. Graphics and images are first printed on special paper, which is then placed on the garment. Heat is applied, causing the ink to bond with the fabric, becoming a permanent part of it. This results in a more breathable and soft-hand feel to the material.

The best part? Numbers, letters, and graphics won’t peel, fade, or wash out, ensuring durability and a professional finish.

The Magic of Sublimation Printing

Sublimation is a great process that allows for vibrant, full-color, all-over prints that are exceptionally durable. Naturally, the magic of the process lies in printing technology. With designs infused directly onto the fabric, they become a part of the fabric itself. All of the design elements including the team logo, colors, and numbers become a part of the fabric in sublimation as opposed to other processes like embroidery, where they’re “sewn” onto the surface. So, there’s no scope for the colors or logos to peel off or fade in sublimated jerseys!
