Creating the Perfect Design
The design process at Gravity Fabric Trading is customized to meet the unique requirements of each client. Before beginning, we make it our mission to understand your brand, audience, and goals thoroughly. Building this understanding is the foundation of delivering high-quality products that stand out in the market. During this stage, we work closely with you to specify Pantone colors, decoration sizing, and placement details to ensure your vision comes to life. Our skilled Design Team collaborates, brainstorms, and experiments with various ideas before presenting you with creative concepts that are tailored for success. From corporate uniforms to promotional apparel, we take pride in transforming your ideas into reality.
Placing Your Order
Once you’ve approved the design concept and garment selection, we move forward by building a comprehensive Sales Order. To streamline this step, we require:
- Garment Color(s)
- Size Breakdown
- In-Hands Date
- Billing and Shipping Addresses
We ensure this process is seamless and straightforward, allowing you to focus on your business while we handle the details.
Additional Services
At Gravity Fabric Trading, we also provide additional customization services like sublimation and embroidery. Our minimum order quantity for these services is 20 units per style and color. For new clients, this is the perfect time to complete our New Account Form, ensuring all billing and shipping information is accurate. Once the Sales Order is finalized, we send it to you for review and approval.
Production
After the Sales Order is approved, we move into production! From printing to stitching, our production teams are among the best in the industry, delivering outstanding quality with precision and care. We offer a wide range of decoration techniques, ensuring that your vision is executed to perfection. Throughout the production process, we maintain strict quality control to guarantee every product meets our high standards. Once production is complete, we promptly ship your order, ensuring it arrives on time and in perfect condition.
